This family of 6 loved that their home was the gathering place for their children’s friends and teammates but found that the kitchen couldn’t comfortably accommodate their growing number of guests. To best fit their needs, we added a 16’x20′ addition with a sliding glass door and skylights that provided more space and natural light. The addition of an island and peninsula provided ample seating, and the transformation of an unused closet into a butler’s pantry allows quick access to snacks, ingredients, and small appliances. Upon completion, the homeowners were thrilled with their new kitchen remarking, “We are so happy with the kitchen. Everyone who has seen it is amazed at what you have done.”
