Summer 2021 Letter From the Owner

Another season has passed us by. While we often think spring will never get here, I am always shocked at how quickly it becomes summer.

2021 Winter Letter from the Owner

In the blink of an eye, we've gone from 2020, a year we may want to forget, to the end of 2021! My hope for you and your family at the close of this year is for everyone to be healthy, for your careers to be back on track, and for the future to look brighter by the day.

We would all get along better if we understood that what we do every day and understand is very intimidating to others. Over the years, I have learned that when our clients hire us, they are investing their time, comfort, security and money in our service. Our business is not like picking a car on the lot and driving it home. Since most of the process is done while clients are away from their homes, it is of the utmost importance that they know that their property is always in caring trustworthy hands. We have longstanding relationships with all the members of our team and vet new additions carefully. While we may be a daily occurrence in your home for weeks or months, we cherish the relationships that we build indefinitely. Because of these relationships and our focus on our clients, we are blessed with many referrals and repeat clients.

Communication is the common denominator in any good relationship. In an effort to improve this area, we have implemented co-construct software over the past year. This software has been very well received by most everyone who has been exposed to it. This program allows you, the client, to see updated photos, schedules, Invoices, Change Orders and a whole lot more.

We recently completed a complete Gut and Renovate project owned by clients from out-of-state. They absolutely loved the fact that they could watch the project unfold in real time as we added photos of daily progress. Thru this platform, we can share information with both our team and our clients, while keeping things organized and trackable. As we continue thru the learning curve, it is becoming a more and more useful tool to improve our interactions with everyone involved.

As Fall will quickly become Winter, I hope you made time create memories with Family and Friends this Summer. This time of year quickly transitions from “Get It Done Before Cooler Weather” to “Can You Complete This Before Christmas.” Either way, it’s not too soon to start thinking about your plans and goals for next year. We are scheduling projects for 2020 so don’t hesitate to contact us as soon as you are ready to move forward. Until next time, enjoy every day and make the most of it.
